Always have your 3D art portfolio with you.
3D Portfolio is made with fellow game developers in mind.
Create your 3D models in your favorite software, export them using the universal obj format, and import them into 3D Portfolio with your textures in a zip file.
Once imported, you can look at all your models in your gallery. Your models are rendered in real-time so you can rotate and zoom with the camera.
Show off your texturing skills with your diffuse map. This is likely the foundation of your model’s surface. Your diffuse map has your colors and often your ambient occlusion. Can also be referred to as an albedo map.
Add fine detail with normal maps. Typically you’ll first make a high poly version of your model and then use that to bake a normal map that will be applied to a low poly version of the model. More details here.
Really make your model shine with a specular map. Control how glossy or matte different areas of your surface are with a monochrome specular map. Perfect when your model includes different materials, like metal and wood.
